Update
Well, it's been a while since I started this blog and my progress has been slow due to time factors but here I am to let you know how it's going. I haven't had enough hits on adsense to make any money at it so I am adding another money making program to my routine. I started this new program yesterday and made about $9 in a few short hours while trying to figure out how it works. This one looks promising but it is also multi-level so I need to get others to try it as well. It is free to join, does require time and effort, but free money isn't just going to walk into your pocket on its own... Here is the banner, try this out and see for yourself and I'm sure you will like it. I will post my progress on this one as soon as I make some progress worth telling you about again. Good luck with your search for opportunity, and if you have any questions feel free to ask and I will be happy to help in any way I can :)

Ecommerce Website Programs
We have all seen the countless pyramid schemes that promise easy wealth to those who venture forth with their capitol but how many of us know someone who actually gotten rich from one of them? I sure haven't personally met any of those people if they are even out there.
I have looked at many types of internet ecommerce businesses that claim to be the road to success but when I read through all the hype and questionable financial success stories there always seems to be one underlying theme, and that is that in order to make money you have to get a number of other people to sign up for the same program and do the same things you are doing, in other words it's just another ecommerce 'pyramid scheme'.
I really wasn't looking for an ecommerce package when I ran into this Google add but I read it anyway and when I did not see the pyramid hidden in their payment structure I decided to give it a try since it only cost me less than five dollars and at this point I have nothing left to lose so 'what the heck' I told myself, maybe I can profit from an ecommerce package.
Part of this program involves writing two articles on a blog and since I had no idea what to write about I decided to write about how the economy is affecting me, what it is I am doing, and how I got to where I am that I needed to do it (I hope that didn't sound confusing lol).
I am now starting out on something that I hope will be an adventure but I will happily settle for it being a lot of work that pays off even a little. I will post my experience here and if it works then others can read about it and maybe it will also work for them. Here goes... I hope it works for real!

A bit about my work history
Yes, everybody is feeling the pinch from the economy these days and the word is that it will only get worse. Businesses are cutting back on overhead, many are laying off their employees, while others are sadly closing their doors.
I started working at the age of eighteen in the student center of the college I attended where I was studying welding and blueprint reading. That was back in the days when they were building a pipeline in Alaska and the local shipyards in Seattle were booming with business and welders were in demand all over the world.
I thought I would have it made but towards the end of my training the Alaska pipeline was completed and the shipyards were in a down cycle. Welders were being laid off everywhere but I completed the course and set out trying to find a welding job. I never did get a welding job but the economy was pretty good and other types of work were easy to find. Nowadays it is not so easy to find work and there are a lot of people with good qualifications competing for the few jobs that are available.
I spent fifteen years in the roofing industry as a freelance roofer and the lifestyle of being self-employed was great, but now I cannot do that type of work anymore as I am too old for it but the lifestyle of being self-employed is not easily given up once it has taken hold of you. Right now I am mostly self-unemployed and struggling to make ends meet. I have a computer repair business that is getting no business because people in my area are not spending money due to the economy. I work other odd jobs from time to time and I am just living week to week for the pay and hoping the economy gets better for all of us real soon. In the meantime I have decided to give the Google ecommerce package a try because I am running out of options and like they say, "you never know until you try".
